This package includes the Ferrigno FitnessŪ PowerStation, a pair of 5-90 lb per hand Ferrigno FitnessŪ PowerBlock Elite Dumbbells and a Ferrigno FitnessŪ Pro Adjustable Bench.
The Ferrigno FitnessŪ PowerBlock PowerStation is the perfect marriage between the unsurpassed versatility of free weights and the most popular home gym cable exercises. Do over 200 free weight exercises from the free weight station, or use the lat pull, leg extension/leg curl, low pulley cable exercises. The PowerStation fits in any corner and is super smooth and quiet. With the included 90 lb Set, the weight range would be 12-180 lbs in 3 lb increments. The PowerStation is 69" wide, 65" deep and 82" high. The PowerStation has a total weight (with out blocks) of 275 lbs and ships in 5 boxes.
The Ferrigno FitnessŪ PowerBlock Elite Dumbbells (one pair) comes with plates 1-8, and adjusts in 5 or 10 lb increments. The Elite 5-90 lb (per hand weight) equals/replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells, or 2565 lbs of free weights while taking up the space of just 1 pair (90 lb dumbbell is just 16" in length).
The Ferrigno FitnessŪ Pro Adjustable Bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 Ga. tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction. These are the most durable and attractive cushions available. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. It adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. The bench comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use.
