This set (one pair) comes with plates 1-8, and adjusts in 5 or 10 lb increments. The Elite 5-90 lb (per hand weight) equals/replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells, or 2565 lbs of free weights while taking up the space of just 1 pair (90 lb dumbbell is just 16" in length). (Shown on optional Elite Stand)
